29 years ago next week her mother was born and it was like going back in time:-                      Today I

I pushed the pram down the hill and across the recreation ground  
Little Lillea-Ray was snug inside and never made a sound.  
I proudly showed her off to people as we went  
I told them just how our little one had been heaven sent  
I called to show her off to my friend along the way  
Ah! what a pretty thing was what she had to say  
Then off we trotted home again and she was ready for a bottle 
The only time she cried today and that was at full throttle  
So fed, changed and burped I laid her down to have another sleep  
A day I will remember and more memories to keep.
